De Haan Metaaltechniek takes care of your privacy. Therefore, we only process data that we need to improve our products and treat the information we have collected about you. We never share customer data with third party companies for commercial purposes.

Web hosting and e-mail

Webhosting is done by the company ‘Emazing’. This party processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, emazing can collect metadata about the use of the services. This data does not contain any personal data. Emazing has taken reasonable technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal information. Our website uses Emazing, a third party that processes e-mail traffic from our website. All web forms are sent through the emazing servers. Emazing will never use your name and e-mail address for your own purposes. Your personal information is not stored by Emazing.

Shipping and logistics

When you place an order with us, our job is to deliver your goods to you. We use the services of Post NL, DHL and St vd Brink to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and home address with DHL, Post NL or St vd Brink. DHL, Post NL and St vd Brink use this information only to execute the agreement. In the event that DHL or St vd Brink subcontracts, DHL or St vd Brink will also pass on your data to these parties.

Billing and accounting

We keep our records and accounts up to date internally. These data are used to manage sales invoices.
